The drawings created for this book by Andrew Christofides have been executed in watercolour, ink and acrylic on 290gsm acid-free Fabriano Teipolo 100% cotton paper The edition is limited to 30 copies which are numbered, signed and dated by the artist. The book is designed and compiled by Jenny Zimmer with short texts selected by the artist from Echoes of an Autobiography (1994) by Naguib Mahfouz, translated by Densys Johnson-Davies.
