King Street Gallery on William

John Turier

Horse Drawn

1 July - 26 July 2008

Known for his quirky style and use of any and everything to create an artwork, artist John Turier’s 4th exhibition at King Street Gallery features the ‘never need artist’s no more machine.’  Constructed of formed circular steel and made up of moving mechanical parts the viewer turns the artwork in a clockwise fashion dropping down a series of seven pencils at timed intervals to create a face. The exhibition features John’s wall constructions many with moving parts that create miniature drawings.
