Jumaadi’s 2026 solo exhibition at Tumurun Museum, Yang Bersayap Rangka Daun (The Winged One with the Skeleton of a Leaf), the first institutional solo exhibition in Indonesia is now open!
Rooted in the visual traditions of Javanese wayang and Balinese Kamasan painting, the exhibition features paintings, buffalo leather works, installations, videos, and shadow plays that unfold Jumaadi’s distinctive visual universe.
With essay contributions by Hera Chan and Adi Witjaksono, and poetry by Afrizal Malna.
